2. How We Use Data (The Specifics)

We categorise our data handling into three distinct streams to ensure absolute clarity.

A. SwiftERM as a Data Controller (Marketing & Website)

When you browse swifterm.com or sign up for our insights, we collect basic professional details (name, email, company).

Purpose: To provide requested services and keep you informed about “Moment of Intent” (MOI) technology.
Lawful Basis: Legitimate Interest (providing professional B2B services) and Consent (for our newsletters).
Payments: We use Stripe. We never see or store your credit card digits. They stay with the experts.

B. SwiftERM as a Data Processor (The SaaS Engine)

This is where our Bayesian agents live. We process data provided by you (the Controller) to personalise your shoppers’ experiences.

Agentic Processing: Our AI identifies patterns to match the right product to the right customer.
Data Integrity: We only process what is necessary to achieve the “Moment of Intent.” We don’t “hoard” data for the sake of it.
Anonymisation: Wherever possible, our AI works with pseudonymised identifiers to protect individual shopper identities.

C. Cookies & Analytics

We use “Low-Risk” functional cookies to ensure our site works. Under the 2026 UK reforms, we use statistical cookies to improve our service, but we always provide a simple, free “Opt-Out” mechanism.
