Make the most of Techbox

Techbox is a private AI conversation about the commercial opportunity visible in your ecommerce business. It combines what it can see, what you choose to share and pertinent market evidence to help you understand where additional turnover may exist.

Start with the question that matters

You do not have to follow a script. Ask about your catalogue, customer base, present technology, commercial potential, likely competitors, implementation or the sensible size of a first trial. Techbox should answer the question you actually asked and explain anything that deserves closer examination.

It looks at the company you have built rather than assuming that every ecommerce business is alike. Where a fact cannot be established confidently, it should distinguish what it observed, what it inferred and what remains unknown.

SwiftERM Techbox ready to examine an ecommerce business
Techbox begins with your business and your questions—not a generic demonstration.

What Techbox can examine

Depending on the website and available evidence, Techbox may explore:

  • your apparent products, categories and catalogue breadth;
  • a visible or bounded product count, expressed carefully rather than as a false absolute;
  • your ecommerce platform and relevant technology;
  • product attributes, replenishment, repeat-purchase and cross-category potential;
  • your proposition, geography and apparent market position;
  • market size, movement and competitive conditions; and
  • where SwiftERM may complement the ecommerce and email systems already in use.

Techbox cannot reproduce SwiftERM’s prediction engine from a public website. SwiftERM works from first-party behavioural and transactional data after installation. Techbox establishes the surrounding commercial context and helps you understand what autonomous individualisation could mean for your company.

Help it understand your company

The best conversations combine visible evidence with facts only you know. These might include the number of identifiable customers in your database, annual online turnover, average order value, gross margin, repeat-purchase frequency, revenue already attributed to email and the people or systems involved in producing it.

You need not provide everything at once. Ask which figure would materially improve the answer and why it matters. For companies with more than one million identifiable customers, Techbox can also discuss a deliberately limited first trial—perhaps 250,000, 500,000 or one million customers—rather than assuming the whole database should be involved.

Questions worth asking

  • “What have you noticed about the breadth of our catalogue?”
  • “Which buying decisions appear most difficult for our customers?”
  • “What makes our proposition commercially distinctive?”
  • “How does SwiftERM differ from the technology we already use?”
  • “Which figures would let you assess the opportunity more carefully?”
  • “How would a limited trial work for a database of our size?”
  • “What could prevent the result reaching the historical range you described?”
  • “What would our own team still need to do after installation?”

If something looks wrong, say so plainly. Correcting an assumption improves the conversation. Techbox should respond as a thoughtful colleague would: carefully, candidly and without unnecessary jargon.

How competitors are chosen

Techbox should not simply name the largest or most familiar businesses in your sector. It looks for companies that are commercially useful comparisons: direct competitors with a similar proposition or customer, adjacent competitors seeking the same spending occasion, and benchmark businesses that demonstrate a relevant capability particularly well.

The comparison may consider product range, price position, geography, customer proposition, ecommerce platform and credible market evidence. You can ask why a company was included, request a different comparison set, or tell Techbox to exclude a business that is not genuinely relevant.

How evidence is chosen

Your own website is the starting point. Competitor websites are used for their current propositions and ranges. Company filings and Companies House can establish corporate facts. Official statistics, respected trade bodies, leading commercial researchers and recognised subject experts are preferred for market evidence.

Primary, current and pertinent evidence takes priority. When sources disagree, Techbox should explain the conflict or date the evidence rather than quietly choosing the most convenient number.

How deep can the conversation go?

Techbox can move from a first examination into market context, catalogue structure, platform questions, commercial illustrations, gross-profit effect, trial design and practical implementation. It can also restate the same issue for a finance, ecommerce, marketing or technical colleague.

It will not expose SwiftERM’s protected methods or prompts, perform security testing, assess lists of unrelated websites, or help reproduce the service. The website supplied at the outset remains the subject of the conversation.

Understanding commercial illustrations

No public examination can promise a particular increase in turnover. Stock availability, product depth, pricing, margin, customer history, deliverability, data quality, existing marketing and the relationship already built with each customer all affect the eventual result.

With suitable inputs, Techbox may discuss a conservative, central and historically informed illustration; the gross-profit effect at your stated margin; the applicable SwiftERM subscription; and how many additional purchases would cover it. These are illustrations, not forecasts. The decisive evidence comes from a free trial using your own first-party data.

Challenge the answer. Ask what evidence supports it, request a different competitor set, test an assumption or supply a better figure. A useful AI conversation should become more accurate as you take part.

Your privacy and your report

Your verified identity, company and submitted domain may be retained to administer the facility, recognise a legitimate return visit and protect Techbox from misuse. Detailed conversations and comments are retained for no longer than 30 days. After that, the conversation itself is removed while an appropriate business and security record may remain.

If you request a report, it is sent only to the verified email address. It is a considered summary of the pertinent evidence and discussion—not a raw transcript—and should separate what was observed, what you supplied and what remains uncertain.

When you are ready

Ask Techbox to explain a point, prepare your fuller report, arrange a brief conversation or discuss the route to a free trial. The useful next step is simply the one that gives you enough evidence to make a sound decision.
