All grown at the Red Edge vineyard

The palate is plush and concentrated

with fine tannin and a structured finish that needs more finesse and complexity

Very interesting nose where we feel some oaky flavours like tobacco or toast but also fruity (dry fig, prune). Very complex. In the palate, the tannins are still present. The spicy flavours (pepper, liquorice) are present. Long in the palate.
